Our school cook and her team cook a wide variety of nutritious and healthy meals on the premises and these are served on a cafeteria basis.

There is a choice between vegetarian and meat options and we are happy to talk with parents about individual allergies or medical requirements. Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 now receive free school meals under the Government’s universal infants free school meals scheme. Please see the school office for details.

If children prefer packed lunches we ask that they bring their food in a suitable container that has their name on. As there are a number of children with nut allergies within school, we are aiming for a ‘nut free’ school. We ask that you do not include food containing nuts in lunchboxes or as classroom treats because this is a life-threatening condition. Please see us if you have any questions.

In order for parents to login in and make payments online simply go to the school gateway site at www.schoolgateway.com and select ‘I’m a new user’ if they haven’t registered before.

There is then a help guide attached to the home page which can be accessed simply by clicking the ‘Help’ link at the top right hand side of the page which you may find useful.

However please note that parents have to use their email address and mobile number that is registered against them within the school when setting up an account
